mom weight loss

End of Week 3.

I’m not going to lie… it has been a very stressful week filled with all kinds of family. I didn’t even focus on drinking all my water I should be and doing my DVD.

But… I got on the scale this morning and was happy to find 2 more pounds gone. That made my morning because I was doing me some more stressing that I had gained.

With that said:

Beginning Weight: 200 lbs

This Week’s Weight: 189.5

I believe everything is calming down so I am going to be doing a big week this week with my DVD and my water water and more water.

How did everyone else do. Please link up and tell us. We all need the support and us moms can do it!!!

I know what you mean Jen. I had a stressful week too but unlike you, I gained 2 pounds back :( I am determined to get rid of those two pounds again though. Didn’t want to post that on my blog, too depressing.

That is great that you lost… though I am not in your group… I only lost about a pound but was going up and down… though I have noticed that I am losing ‘inches’ as all my pants are slowly heading South… hehehe… still walking 1 - 2 miles a day… not drinking as much water as I should but at work we get busy, I don’t eat lunch and at times forget to drink anything…

Jen - Congrats on your loss even with the stressful week. You need to share with me your secrets! Keep it up.

Nan - I am right with you and gained a pound. Saturday is my weigh in day and if it was today I would be up two pounds too. I know it takes guts to do it, but sometimes I find that blogging about it helps to put me back on track. Lots people usually leave encouraging comments too which is a great reason to step it up. We can do it! Next week we are taking it home!!

I am back on track after a bad week. I don’t know if I lost but I am sure I did not gain so at least that.

Way to go on a couple of pounds lost!

Good job kepping the numbers on the scale going down. That is dedication especially with all the family around and stress. Keep it up and it will be gone in no time!

Congrats on the two pounds! That’s how much I lost this week too. Next week I am going to try kicking this into high gear. I am sorry I am so late!
