Same is with me I was born with a blood condition, so I have to get blood drawn fairly frequently. And I do fine at first, but towards then end, I get anxious and feel a little faint. I find that the best way for me to prevent feeling that way is distraction.

Thats great post.Congrats Jen for doing great work. It is everyones duty to donate the blood.This small quantity does not affect our health.But some of us think that this blood is not used for helping purpose but they are wrong.Your post will surely inspire those who have still not donated blood for any reason.
