As a family, we are really trying to get back to the basics with our eating. So many times in this fast paced society do we want to reach for fast foods and not take the time to really sit down for a well cooked healthy meal. The boyfriend would probably make it for me. We like cooking together but lately he’s been more and more confident in his own cooking skills, including adapting recipes and adding to them and making ones of his own. It’s really fun to see him improving and taste the results, and boy, is he a natural with pasta! It’s always perfectly al dente, so I’d definitely be happy with the results if he got his hands on this.
