. HA! No, I’m not saying that to any specific person. I am saying that to the fat that has loved visiting me for the last almost 5 years!!

Thanks to you all for riding along this journey with me. I have 18 more pounds to my ultimate goal. I know I can do it before our big family vacation to Disney World in October with my BFF. I love how we have did this journey together and its going to be great to be hot mamas together at Disney

Jen, You’re looking so great, and I can tell how happy you are! I unfortunately am looking like your before photos… I just need to get myself motivated somehow! We did just get a Wii & Wii Fit, but I might have to look into that EA Active Sports!

This is a nice inspiration post. I packed on the holiday pounds, so I’m on a healthy diet. And by that, I mean a good balance of protein, carbs and fat. Plus, I’m on the treadmill. But perhaps, when spring comes, I’ll job outside and even hop on something like this:
