It breaks my heart when I hear that a child has died. And it makes me angry that with all the research that has been done that we can't find a reason for or a solution for all these terrible diseases.
But then I look up at the Cross on my wall and the heaviness in my heart lightens up a bit, because I realize that child has found peace now. That child no longer hurts, is no longer sick. And that child will be an angel forever and ever, spreading love eternally to everyone that remembers him/her.

The world is a sinful place, full of pain and sickness. It's sad but true. One day the believers will live in a place free of sin and evil...there will be no sickness. This is where Ethan is right now.

And although Ethan was taken from this world, I agree with his Father...I hope senseless deaths and heartache don't ever take away the faith of His people or His people praying.

I'm sorry to hear of the passing of this young man...I do pray his family will grow even stronger in their faith and reply on God and their friends in this terrible time of pain. One day they'll be with their beautiful HEALTHY son again.
