I recently got the opportunity to review two very cool DVDs from Exercise With Mommy. You see my girls absolutely love to exercise with me, but the problem was they would have a hard time trying to do the different exercises. BINGO, the Excecise With Mommy DVDs is just what I have been looking for.
The first DVD Back in Shape with Baby - is the neatest concept and really wish I would have known about this when my girls were babies. I viewed the DVD and was just amazed. It really is powered to help you exercise and keep the baby happy all at the same time. Now we moms all know that is one great concept! This DVD is geared for moms with babies age 6 weeks to 6 months.
The second DVD Energize and Exercise with your Preschooler - is the one I have been using with my girls for about a month now. We have absolutely the best time doing this DVD and mommy is getting back in shape too. Amy uses colors that the girls love and keeps their attention in the video. As soon as we finish the first 10 minutes they are cheering wanting to do another 10 minutes ;). It is really a win win situation as I am getting the much needed exercise and I am teaching my girls about healthy exercise at the same time.
I am proud to announce with this contest, the winner will receive 1 dvd of her choice compliments of Exercise with Mommy and a $20.00 gift card to Target to buy her a new exercise outfit compliments of One Moms World.

Boy I could sure use one of those. My preschooler loves to exercise with me. So, close to me though it makes it hard to do them right. This would be great.
