Well… we wanted to have a little fun today before the big storms arrived this evening here in Florida. So, we set out for an adventure to the park. We had thought we could have a nice little morning with the girls going through all the activities at the park and have a fun family picnic lunch.
Mother nature had other plans and decided to bring the rain early and it started right as we pulled up. It was just lightly and we thought what the heck… lets let the girls go at it.

Then the rain starts really coming down and Lyndsee decides to have a blast running through it.
Madisyn decided to take cover and start posing under the slide’s cover.
The rain really started pounding and the lightning started so we figured we better get out of there. It was a little sad, because they were also having two birthday parties there and they were all having to take shelter.
It was fun though letting our hair down so to speak and letting the girls just have some plain ole fun in the rain 🙂
