Spring Weight Off - Week 6

Here we are at week 6. I cannot believe I have not lost one pound over the last two weeks. I haven’t gained either, but still. I have been DOING SO GOOD! It just irritates me so bad. I’m not going to let it get me down. I am in this to lose and I will just have to change up some things this week to see what is going on. I mean come on… I didn’t even eat any of my birthday cake HA!
Please leave me some encouragement and let me know this is just normal to go through this weight loss process. I am still doing good right?
How is everyone else doing? We are in this together remember. Hopefully it will be a little warmer tomorrow so the girls and I can do our walks again. It has been really really cold so we haven’t got to get outside much.

I haven’t been able to work out but I’ve been still watching what I’m eating. I just found out tonight I have lost a pants size! I’m so excited and can’t wait to get to a scale to check how much I’ve lost.

Sounds like you are doing great! I know that is not what you wanted to see on the scale, but at least you did not see it go up.
You just need to mix it up, or add a walk. It will come off in time, just remember it did not go on over night and it’s not going to fall off over night. No matter how bad we wish it would. Let me know if you want to walk any in the evenings.

Just keep up the good work and the scale will reward you eventually. After splurging eating dinner out this week for mom’s day I can tell you it is not worth it. My aunt told me a saying a few months back, “Nothing tastes as good as feeling thin feels.” This is so true and after way too many calories eating out one night I felt so sluggish and crummy the next day. You’re doing great and I’m sure your body will let you know soon enough.
