Spring Weight Off – Week 6

Here we are at week 6. I cannot believe I have not lost one pound over the last two weeks. I haven’t gained either, but still. I have been DOING SO GOOD! It just irritates me so bad. I’m not going to let it get me down. I am in this to lose and I will just have to change up some things this week to see what is going on. I mean come on… I didn’t even eat any of my birthday cake HA!

Please leave me some encouragement and let me know this is just normal to go through this weight loss process. I am still doing good right?

How is everyone else doing? We are in this together remember. Hopefully it will be a little warmer tomorrow so the girls and I can do our walks again. It has been really really cold so we haven’t got to get outside much.

The Spring Weight Off – Week 5

I am finally able to get online and blog. Hooray for this! The move went ok. I got teary eyed quite a few times driving up here to NC from Florida. Also it didn’t help matters that Lyndsee my youngest was vomiting on the whole trip and it continued till yesterday. I believe we have figured out the culprit and hopefully we can get her on the mends soon!

I have to say… I have been doing so good with my healthy eating. It hasn’t been easy to not touch temptations that I see some family members eat, but I just go get my water or rice cakes!

I know my pants are getting looser as well but there is no scale here at my parent’s house, so hopefully I can get one Friday. Today I walked 2 miles with the girls and then this evening one mile by myself. Its all downhill going down then uphill coming back so its quite a workout. I was proud and hopefully can keep this up.

So link up everyone.. here we are in week 5. I want to hear how all of you all doing. I know I do wish the pounds would go away quicker, but they say losing it at a steady pace is a healthier so I keep telling myself that.

Spring Weight Off – Week 4

End of Week 3.

I’m not going to lie… it has been a very stressful week filled with all kinds of family. I didn’t even focus on drinking all my water I should be and doing my DVD.

But… I got on the scale this morning and was happy to find 2 more pounds gone. That made my morning because I was doing me some more stressing that I had gained.

With that said:

Beginning Weight: 200 lbs

This Week’s Weight: 189.5

I believe everything is calming down so I am going to be doing a big week this week with my DVD and my water water and more water.

Operation Spring Weight Off – Week 3

Here we are at the end of Week 2 and Beginning our Week 3. How did everyone do? Did you stick to your plan?

I weighed in this morning…..

Starting Weight 200lbs

Today’s Weight: 191.5lbs

Weight Loss so far 8.5 lbs

I only lost 3 pounds this week when I was hoping for another 4.5 to 5. I did not get to do my biggest loser DVD because my laptop has crapped out on me, but I am going to see if I can put it here on my main computer and do the exercises here in my office.

Everytime I even think of something sweet, I think Jen this will not look good on the Operation Spring Weight Off. So I love this is helping to hold me accountable. I am super stoked to see where I am at on my birthday in a month.

Operation Spring Weight Off – Week 2

Ok… Mom’s… Here we are at week 2. How did everyone do? Did you make sure to drink your water each day?

I did. I made sure I gulped it down hehe. For the most part I did really good this week. Really focusing on my fruits and veggies. Two times this week, I did treat myself to some good ole sweet ice tea. I felt like that was my little desserts.

I weighed in this morning and I am:

Beginning Weight: 200

Today’s Weight: 195.5

So I am down 4.5 pounds for the week. Not too bad. I wish it was more, but will take what I can for now ;).
