Heartburn has unfortunately been attached to me ever since my hospital stay last year. Certain foods can set me off and cause not only heartburn but lots of pain. Prilosec and I have became really good friends. It is always there for me ;). It has allowed me to carry on with life and not depend on so many prescription drugs. Of course, you will want to check with your doctor to make sure they agree with you taking Prilosec. I am just letting you know, it totally works for me.
