I have to sing praises for a certain hotel near the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL. Recently, my aunt had to make the trek down to Jacksonville, FL to be evaluated and receive treatment over a 2 week period at the Mayo Clinic. Ever since a surgery last year, she has just not been well. The doctors here were just baffled and did not know what to do for her anymore. My aunt decided she had enough and scheduled herself to be seen at the Clinic. It was the best decision she has made since the surgery.
Even though she was in appointments from morning to evening, she got results. That is the big positive. As you may know though, at her age, these appointments were exhausting. It broke my heart to hear the treatment she was receiving at the hotel on campus, so I stepped in and helped her receive nights at the Wingate by Wyndham in Jacksonville, FL. As you can see, she was very well pleased with the service. Every evening she would make it back to the hotel after the full day of appointments, the hotel staff went out of their way to make her comfortable. They were so kind and courteous.
